We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic event and marketing projects coordinator to join our growing team at Oceania. We are leading in e-commerce business and transforming brands via digital efforts and events.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in keeping our fast-paced marketing team running effectively and efficiently.

You will work closely with the Marketing manager and teams to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives across various channels and help with marketing project management

Main Responsibilities / Functions :

• Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and trade shows in which our brands participate.
• Coordinating requirements, establishing operational processes, and managing deliverables
• Expertise in Social Media Platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
• Develop and analyze monthly reports, meetings to review reporting, ongoing initiatives and plan future strategies.
• Assist marketing manager in terms of project management and team building capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in marketing, business, project management, or a related field.
• Over 1 year of dynamic experience in event planning, project management or marketing
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• A collaborative team player, fostering a positive attitude and a keen willingness to work together seamlessly and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative copywriting skills for both long-form content like website copy, blogs and whitepapers, as well as short-form copy like social posts or ad copy.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin / Chinese.
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to lift weights up to 50LBS
• Occasional travel up to 25% is required
• Works in an office environment located in Lake Forest, CA.
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer.

Benefits

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
