Property Location: Comfort Inn & Suites South San Francisco/Airport
As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and timeliness in our guestrooms and other areas, including the lobby, breakfast area, pool, fitness center, stairways, hallways, elevators, and patio. Your duties will include cleaning, dusting, and waste removal in all guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. You will ensure that all linens are replaced and provided as necessary, including making beds, and that required supplies are replenished in guestrooms and public areas.
You will maintain an organized and well-stocked cart with linens and supplies, provide exceptional guest service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns, and report room status and maintenance issues promptly. Basic maintenance tasks, such as plunging toilets, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains, will also be part of your responsibilities. Proper handling of chemicals and cleaning supplies, operation of commercial laundry and cleaning equipment, and performing all tasks related to laundry and linen care are essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining well-stocked linen and storage rooms and performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.
