Schedule: Flexible hours available, weekend availability required
Restaurant Fall/Winter Hours:

• Monday: 6:30am-11am, breakfast only
• Tuesday-Saturday: 6:30am-8pm
• Sunday: 6:30am-noon, breakfast only

Job Type: Both Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Pay Range: $10 - $12.25/hour

About the Role
Servers and Bartenders are the friendly faces our guests look forward to connecting with at the end of their busy day. This role is so much more than taking a food order or pouring a drink. The mission of this role is to be so present in the moment that you are intentionally exploring ways to go above and beyond to create wow experiences. You set the stage by keeping the area neat and tidy to create a welcoming atmosphere that is enhanced with your smile and friendly hello. You put the guest at ease with your familiarity of the menu and drink selections after asking how their day was and what brings them out. Maybe you discover they are celebrating an anniversary or a birthday and you work with the kitchen team to serve up a surprise. Maybe you recognize them as a return guest and offer up a repeat of last night's drink order and welcome them back by name. Be interested. Execute the basics of attentive and authentic service, while your relaxed demeanor makes it appear easy to cover multiple tables or numerous drink orders during the rush hour. Clear communication with your kitchen teammates is essential in making all of this a reality.
