OCI is Hiring a National Sales Manager AL Near Decatur, AL
Primary Objective The National Sales Manager is responsible for all Domestic and International sales for the organization.This position is part of the Leadership team responsible for setting the organization's strategy. Essential Functions
As part of the leadership team, assist with establishing a strategy and implementing actions to hit specified targets.
Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets by maintaining current customer base and securing new business.
Acts as a resource to customers in contract opportunities and proposals.
Negotiates all customer contracts, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts.
Assists with the planning and execution of sales exhibits and attends trade shows.
Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
Monitor competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining customers and assisting customers in attaining new products.
Works with Site Manager and Product Development Manager to troubleshoot problems regarding products provided.
Answers questions from customers and handles complaints.
Other Duties as assigned by President and/or other Executive Leaders of OCIE.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of sales experience.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Results oriented.
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with customers and OCI employees.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work a varied schedule to meet the demands of the business.
Well organized, dependable and punctual
Ability to meet the following physical demands:
Climb 5-10 flights of stairs.
Climb ladders.
Wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hear protection, safety shoes)
Walk on rough surfaces without assistance.
