Needing a caregiver in Athens Area for weekend shifts. We have Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:30a-7:30p.

We also have some shifts on Saturday's and Sunday's with shorter hours if not available for the 12hr shifts.

Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check, have dependable transportation, have experience and be drug free.

Duties:
- Provide in-home care and assistance to clients
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Experience:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
