**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Yard Coordinator to join our team. The Yard Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the organization and coordination of yard activities, ensuring efficient operations. **Responsibilities:** - Manage incoming and outgoing shipments in the yard - Coordinate with drivers for loading and unloading of materials - Utilize pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials as needed - Oversee the organization of the yard to optimize space and workflow - Perform manual loading and unloading of materials when required - Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the yard area **Experience:** - Prior experience in route driving or delivery driver roles preferred - Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently - Proficiency with pallet jacks and manual transmission vehicles - Experience with van driving, box trucks, or tractor-trailers is a plus - Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks as needed This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
