Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Low Voltage Installation Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in building and leading our installation team, ensuring the successful deployment of Verkada security solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems, excellent management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation team in deploying Verkada security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, environmental sensors, and alarm systems.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and internal employees to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the installation process.
• Coordinate and plan installation schedules, resources, and logistics to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Travel to various client sites as required to oversee and support installation projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the low voltage industry, with a strong understanding of security systems and installations.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively to various client locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Verkada products or similar security solutions.
• Certifications in low voltage systems or related fields.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
