We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 years experience.
Salary is six figures and includes healthcare, dental and vision benefits.
Job is primarily in the office but will be on job site as well.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to determine project needs
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Schematics, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders
