ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly qualified and entrepreneurial Product Manaager to join the team in Cambridge, MA as we build our third brand 100% in-house. “Brand 3” will be a medical-grade skincare brand that will leverage our excellence in product development to deliver novel & efficacious products to consumers across a wide range of skin conditions. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our ODDITY Labs team in Cambridge to facilitate the end-to-end product development that incorporates novel ODDITY Labs molecules & technology. You will be at the forefront of next-generation innovation in medical-grade skincare, serving as Brand 3’s main process & optimization leader, managing ODDITY Labs projects as they transition through all stages of molecule discovery and product development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own end-to-end process management for suite of products that incorporate novel ODDITY Labs molecules, from initial target identification to finished product
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the ODDITY Labs organization—including computational biology, biochemistry, formulation chemistry, and supply chain—to ensure we successfully deliver industry-redefining skincare products to market
• Analyze complex data, synthesize insights, and identify risks & opportunities at key project milestones throughout the product development process to drive project success
• Work closely with Brand 3 leadership in New York City to execute against the brand’s strategic objectives

WHO YOU ARE:

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-up, or similar high-intensity role
• A self-starter with a desire to win – exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity & solving complex problems
• High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done and driving process forward without supervision
• Strong analytical thinker with a “get in the weeds” attitude, not afraid of diving deep into complex & contradictory data, capable of solving complex problems and identifying strategic & operational insights
• Natural people & process manager, capable of driving forward multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish with multiple stakeholders
• All-around team player, self-motivated with strong communication skills, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to roll up sleeves and do any task to get the job done
• Live in or willing to work in-person out of Boston Metro area
