Oracle PL/SQL Developer 

Location: 

Irving, TX (on-site two days a week) 

Experience Requirements: 

∙4 years Oracle PL/SQL development experience in: 

oCreating and maintaining complex packages, stored procedures, functions, record 

structures, tables, views, indexes, and triggers 

oOracle JSON 

oPL/SQL development, unit testing, code troubleshooting, and debugging 

oHigh-performance query development 

oDatabase design

Education Requirements: 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Technology, Information 

Systems, CIS/MIS, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent 

experience/training 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

∙Implementing business logic in Oracle DB packages, functions, and procedures to support 

large mission-critical enterprise web applications 

∙Involvement in all phases of the software lifecycle, with emphasis on database logic 

implementation and design 

∙Assisting in designing application architecture focusing on scalability, maintainability, 

security, and performance 

∙Following established coding standards and naming conventions 

Other Skills and Competencies: 

∙Understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles 

∙Understanding of RESTful Web Services and Web API/REST API 

∙Experience with Git or other source control systems 

∙Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines 

∙Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
