Your Role: Making a Difference
Day Shifts, 4-10s: No weekends, no call, no holidays—just impactful work!
Protocol Management: Ensuring protocols are shipshape! Submitting revisions, informed consents, and adverse events to the IRB.
Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory personnel, principal investigators, and sub-investigators to navigate protocol changes.
Feasibility Assessment: Investigate study protocols, evaluate feasibility, and outshine the competition.
Budget Wizardry: Review study budgets, balance standard care and research costs, and finalize with our budget coordinator.
Patient Recruitment: Spot potential study patients like a pro!
Appointment Juggling: Coordinate interviews and appointments with our clinical research coordinator.
Patient-Centric Care: Customize care for our diverse patient population—age, culture, and all.
Effective Communication: Talk the talk with patients, parents, and caregivers. No jargon—just clear, compassionate communication.
Your Profile
NJ RN License: Current and valid (or ready to obtain).
Oncology Passion: Experience preferred, but if you’re an oncology nursing rockstar, our client will train you in clinical research.
BSN: Required.
Preferred Certifications: CCRP, CCRA, or CCRC—show us your clinical research stripes.
Know the Ropes: Familiarity with clinical trials and regulations (local, state, federal).
Healthcare Savvy: Basic scientific and healthcare principles? You’ve got this!
