*New shop located in Hayden, ID*

Hiring Day shift and Swing shift w/ Differential pay

3-10 year of Machining Experience Preferred

· 3-Axis CNC Milling

· 4- Axis CNC Milling

· Lathe with live tooling a plus

· Ability to do shop math proficiently

· Ability to read and understand blue prints and there assembly drawings required

· Ability to proof new programs on machine in a timely fashion

· Able to work on your own or in a team and have problem solving skills

· Possess a keen sense of attention to detail

· Process effective written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to produce quality work with high tolerances parts

· Ability to determine material types

· Ability to regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 lbs. frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs

Duties :

· CNC Setup (3 axis mills, pallet changer)

· CNC operations and maintenance

· Verification of Materials & Components by Inspection Against Prints

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

· Follow written and verbal details to complete assignments or jobs

· Keep a clean and safe work environment

· Communicate to management about machinery and quality issues as they arise
