Odyssee RH is recruiting a Store Manager (M/F) for its client at Breda.
Founded in 1980, the brand is THE benchmark for sneakers in France with a fashionable and feminine positioning. The stores are aimed at an urban clientele aged 15-25 by offering the best of the big brands. Thanks to its selection of sneakers, ready-to-wear and fashion accessories for men, women and children. It meets the expectations of an entire generation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You report to the Regional Director and actively contribute to the achievement of your store's commercial objectives by leading your team.
Your missions:
- Guaranteeing the commercial objectives of your store by optimizing all performance indicators,
- Promote the brand to your customers and your team,
- Recruit, train and develop the talents of each member of your team,
- Maintain and develop the level of knowledge of your team (brands, product knowledge, sales techniques, internal processes ...),
- Provide reporting to management,
- Ensuring the reliability of stocks, by monitoring inventories,
- You are responsible for applying commercial policies, implementing and adapting the company's merchandising recommendations and ensuring proper maintenance of the store.
REQUIRED PROFILE
· You have a similar experience as a Store Manager, preferably in retail, in the area of sales consulting.
· You have a successful management experience in a team of more than 20 employees
· You have experience in a high-stakes store (Flagship, Opening,...)
· You are good at managing and developing performance indicators
· You have excellent interpersonal skills
· You are passionate about fashion and have a strong product awareness (Sneakers).
Salary: Between (37-42K€) depending on the profile variable on objective ( can get up to 3K €).
Contract: full-time or 38 hours (weekdays and weekends, store open 7 days a week)
