We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about architecture and has a strong background in Information Technology.

What you'll be doing:

• Contribute to the development of our Enterprise Architecture strategic plan, establishing standard architecture, frameworks, and guidelines.
• Analyze complex business and technical problems, providing recommendations for the implementation of new technologies and customization of existing ones.
• Collaborate with business executives and end-users to conceptualize and architect new application projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and financial considerations.
• Review and author architecture/design documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables across tech stacks and application teams.
• Mentor and provide guidance to technical teams, promoting the use of enterprise/common patterns and best practices.
• Drive high-quality software delivery by providing guidance on testing strategies and performance optimization.
• Communicate complex technical solutions in simple business language, facilitating value alignment and driving successful implementation.
• Enforce standards, frameworks, and architecture principles to ensure the evolution of our overall architecture towards the target state.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and web security teams to ensure compliance with technical solutions.

What we're looking for:

• 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with 5-8 years in an Architecture environment.
• Mastery in one of the application languages such as Java, Golang, or Python, by developing a Service-oriented or microservices architecture (primarily Kubernetes) and distributed application design principles for creating proof of concepts.

• Strong understanding of application code development, system integrations, and SecDevOps practices in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
• Experience in distributed system representation using UML or C4.
• Accountability and ownership in project delivery using Agile/JIRA best practices.
• Ability to guide technical leads in creating component and process flow diagrams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into simple business language.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization standards, protocols, and frameworks such as OpenID, SAML, OAuth, JWT, CA, X.509, MTLS, etc.
• Familiarity with IT Architectural frameworks like TOGAF and understanding of service mesh and TechRadar practices.
• Experience in maintaining application-level roadmaps and strategic plans.
  Ability to understand changing business needs and recommend viable strategies for the future.
