Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. is Hiring a Program Integration Associate Near Wakefield, MA

Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integration Associate within its corporate staff. This position will support projects and other initiatives crossing over operational and functional groups within the organization. This position is a part of the Program Integration Group that is responsible for project management of corporate initiatives, business process analysis and improvement, and corporate rhythm management. Candidates interested in this position should have a strong desire to learn and understand the company business practices, develop project management skills, be comfortable with autonomy, and be skilled in identifying opportunities to add value.

This is a full-time hybrid position with a requirement to be in Odyssey’s Wakefield, MA office a minimum of one time per week.

Note that the candidate for this position will be expected to be in the office for the first two weeks of employment for training. As requirements present themselves, the employee may be required to be in-office or provide local in-person support more than once per week.

Responsibilities

In this role an employee will have exposure across multiple departments of the business and be expected to learn stakeholder requirements and business processes quickly. An individual in this position will have the opportunity to apply experience and lessons learned to business improvement opportunities and will be exposed to and be comfortable engaging with senior leadership of the organization.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Corporate project administration and analysis which requires project planning, template alignment and updates, schedule maintenance, and engaging directly with project managers.
  • Prepare materials that support business process internal reviews and Executive Leadership project reviews, leading to timely and concise messaging to stakeholders ensuring awareness across the staff.
  • Development, management, and regular updating of Program Integration dashboards that highlight key performance indicators and enable decision making.
  • Communicate and liaise regularly with Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Recruiters, Contracts Administrators, and Program Control Analysts, among others, to collaborate and promote staff awareness in support of corporate projects and initiatives.
  • Draft, review, provide analysis of, and publish business processes and procedures.
  • Identify and articulate business opportunities improvement with team, build project plans.

Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: None, ability to obtain in the future if needed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related discipline

Years of Experience: One to three years of experience in a professional setting

Technical Skills

  • Experience as an individual contributor in general operations, finance, process development, or other related field
  • Experience reporting to corporate or senior department/business unit leadership is preferred.
  • Experience that demonstrates the ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives and meet strict deadlines
  • Able to write clearly and concisely
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 tools. Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 tools, including site ownership, site build, and/or site administration experience, is preferred.
  • Has beginner-level understanding of project management disciplines with the requirement to pursue Project Management Professional certification when qualified to apply.
  • Experience working within the Department of Defense through military, civilian, or as a direct support contractor

  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks

Additional Information

Location: Corporate HQ in Wakefield, MA

Travel: 15%

Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Hybrid role, with one day a week in the office requirement (Wednesdays)
