Job Summary
Drives awareness and education of OEC technologies and automaker competitive pricing programs. Increases overall parts sales through performance coaching and regular visits with Ford OEM and Dealer partners in an assigned region to improve customer satisfaction and product utilization.
Candidates must reside in the Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA or other Southern California area to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Calls on dealers, both in-person and virtually, to ensure OEC product performance is being optimized through business process consultation, education, and data analysis and review.
Ensures customer satisfaction to maintain product subscription levels.
shares results, develops and implements Dealer Action Plans with dealership management for continuous improvement to achieve performance goals via OEC solutions.
Education
An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
Experience
At least 1 year of account management or consultative sales experience in a market-driven environment with a customer-oriented background.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities :
Travel
Frequent travel throughout the by car and plane is required for this position (at least 75% of scheduled work time) and may vary based on business needs.
