Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management to align PR initiatives with company objectives
- Organize & Represent: Plan and execute PR events, representing the company as a spokesperson, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with customers, effectively communicating our promotional services and initiatives
- Strategize & Campaign: Create and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Community Engagement: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups
- Coaching: Train client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees
- Analyze & Develop: Assess the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to craft PR strategies that shape public opinion and promote our products, ideas, and services
- Maintain Image: Uphold the organization’s image and identity through strategic PR efforts
- Trend Identification: Work with managers to identify trends and evaluate advertising to ensure alignment with PR efforts
- Experience: Previous experience in public relations, sales, or related fields is preferred
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Multitasking: Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
