Our client is one of North America’s leading plastic recyclers, focused on converting post-consumer mixed plastics (#3-7) and plastic film into high-quality resin pellets. As global concern around plastic waste rises, our client looks to grow by providing a sustainable alternative to virgin plastic. There are currently two plants, one in Pennsylvania and one in Ontario, Canada.
The Position
Our client is looking for a Manager of Recyclable Material & Supplies to manage purchasing of both raw material and building relationships with suppliers. The majority of the Procurement Manager’s time will be spent securing post-consumer plastic produced at Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) across North America. This position requires travelling in the US and Canada. They are looking for a creative, honest, environmentally-focused professional to expand and improve the clients feedstock supply.
