- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain property standards.
- Oversee maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing efficient solutions and excellent customer service to residents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
