Office Pride is Hiring an Area manager Near Bedford, TX

Reports To : Owner

Supervises : Team Leads and / or Front Line Employees

Basic Function : Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled / exceeded and the work is being completed on budget (labor & chemicals).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Clean / fill-in assigned number of hours on a regular basis

  • Perform periodic quality assurance inspections conducted, including timely follow-up and corrective action
  • Hire employees (assist with recruiting & interviewing)
  • Train new employees
  • Manage Chronotek ensure all staff members report to site
  • Scheduling : work loading / staffing Making sure new clients are scheduled and implemented with cleaner(s)Making sure new and existing clients have proper & necessary equipment and suppliesRestock supplies as neededCoordinate client setup and implementation
  • Report nightly, via area manager written report / text message, as required
  • Perform and / or assist with floor care tasks & service, as needed
