Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Junior Agent to support the principal agent in all aspects of real estate transactions, from lead generation to closing deals. Leads will be provided by the Principal Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Team Lead & Real Estate Agent, Andrea Arcuri.
• Manage leads, follow up, and prospect on behalf of Andrea Arcuri.
• Cold calling and appointment setting.
• Support daily client & transaction related activities including: Showings, inspections, meetings, presentations/Pitches, client gifting management
• Keep track of Andrea’s real-estate portfolio and work with the team to ensure property listings are introduced to the market at the highest caliber and the transaction runs smoothly.
• Update and maintain Andrea’s internal database of active clients, in-process deals, closed transactions.
• Work closely and effectively with the team leader to inform them of upcoming client commitments and responsibilities and follow up as necessary.
• Manage external client requests and retrieve messages and emails on behalf of Andrea, providing effective communication to both parties as appropriate.
• Additional duties will be added to your role as it expands

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field preferred.

Valid real estate license with at least 2 years of experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (MLS).

Languages Required:

English: Native/Bilingual proficiency

Spanish: Native/Bilingual proficiency

Qualifications:
