Officina [oh · fee · she · nah], or “workshop,” is an Italian-inspired culinary collective from Chef Nicholas Stefanelli of Michelin-star Masseria. Officina is the realization of Chef Stefanelli's career-long dream to bring the very best of Italian gastronomy together under one roof.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a restaurant/cafe setting
Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso and, tea
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a team environment and a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities
Providing consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing coffee and tea
Providing consistent customer service and following through with customers’ special requests
Continually working to expand product knowledge of coffee and tea
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked cafe
Skilled preparation of all coffee and espresso-related beverages
Successfully work as a team player in a dynamic team
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop, and squat on a regular basis
