Duties And Responsibilities
- Make daily collection calls, business to business and business to individual client accounts.
- Draft and send collection letters to clients.
- Monitor and report statuses on specific aged accounts receivables to manager.
- Work closely with billing team members in the accounting department.
- Work directly with attorneys as necessary on collection matters.
- Work closely with accounting clerk to help resolve unapplied monies on client accounts.
- Minimum of 3 years accounts receivable and collections experience.
- Ability to organize time, prioritize workload and handle a high volume of client receivable accounts.
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong organization skills.
- Strong communications skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting/billing software and ability to learn multiple different systems.
Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies.
This position is NOT open to agency submissions at this time.
