OFFOR Health, Inc. is Hiring an Anesthesiologist - Full-time and 1099 Near Elgin, IL
DescriptionSmileMD (a subsidiary of OFFOR Health) is an office-based anesthesia group specifically caring for the pediatric Medicaid population for operative dentistry. Most of the kids would otherwise wait 6-12 months to receive care in a hospital. Our mission is to care for those who need us most. We operate in 4 stat and do over 10,000 cases annually. All of our care is provided in a dentist's office.
Work Type/Compensation
Work Type/Compensation
- Full-time W2 Anesthesiologists ($400K Annually)
- Part-Time 1099 Anesthesiologists ($275/Hour)
- Predictable work hours - NO Nights, NO Weekends, and NO On Call
- Some work 1-2 days per month. Some work 15 day per month. Many work with us as a supplement to their hospital jobs.
- ASA 1 and 2 patients
- Solo cases
- 3-Person care team model with a paramedic and RN assisting for the day
- BC/BE Anesthesiologist
- Licensed to practice in Illinois
- Enthusiastic individuals who would enjoy the friendly and unique world of office-based anesthesia
- Enjoys doing solo cases
- Contingent upon candidate's successful completion of the company credentialing and privileging process and contingent upon acceptable applicable background check results
