We are currently seeking to hire a Store Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing sales to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Analyze sales statistics and market trends to indentify opportunities for growth
- Customers relationship improvement and feedback report
- Report on team and individual performance
Work with marketing team to create effective advertising materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers
· Ensure that the ORC sales department operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
· Encourage and support the ongoing professional development of sales staff through training programs and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Ability to think strategacally and drive results
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Preferably in the automotive or RV industry
