Position Summary

We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Our Wilton office has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal or highly motivated graduate without experience to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of visa petitions with USCIS. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • 1 years of business immigration experience in a large law firm environment preferred, but will consider motivated/interested graduates without experience.
  • Experience preparing NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) petitions.
  • Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work independently toward team goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills are required.
  • Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
