OH ASU Enterprise Partners Outreach Hub is Hiring a Project Manager Near Tempe, AZ

Project Manager The ASU Outreach Hub is dedicated to connecting more constituents in impactful ways using data-derived insights, integrated and collaborative approaches and advanced outreach techniques in support of the ASU Public Enterprise. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of multi-channel and complex marketing-related projects within the ASU Outreach Hub. This role works closely with stakeholders to strategically ensure that all deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and within scope. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing fundraising campaign timing with external and internal stakeholders, and overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns. What you’ll do: Leads project management for complex, multichannel marketing campaigns in support of ASU Foundation and partners at Arizona State University, ensuring that projects are completed on time and according to client expectations Creates and implements timelines and manages workflow proactively to ensure timelines are met by internal team members and external vendor partners Effectively addresses issues and challenges and they arise and removes obstacles toward meeting key execution milestones Implements standardized project management practices, SLAs and campaign SOWs Develops a complete and thorough understanding of project scope, details, budget, dependencies and due dates for multiple deliverables or tasks simultaneously; tracks project budgets and schedules, and creates reports as needed Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Tracks and monitors progress, status, reviews, approvals and budgets; ensures all stakeholders are kept well informed Oversees campaign milestones, alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior stakeholders, internal teams and partners Provides stakeholders status updates throughout all phases and alerts team and colleagues of any threat to on-time delivery of any project deliverable Hires, motivates, develops, and retains a high-performance team Other duties as assigned What you'll need: Advanced knowledge and ability practicing the principles, practices, methods and techniques of project management Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and navigate complex conversations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well verbally, in writing, in front of a group and in one-on-one-conversations Collaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environment Skilled in problem-solving coupled with the ability to build commitment and achieve a win-win situation for all stakeholders Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to Enterprise Partners, its subsidiaries, and university business and confidential prospect information Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Highly skilled in various project management systems Team-oriented strategist able to effectively manage complex situations involving numerous and sometimes competing constituencies Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties Adept at navigating complex environments with evolving priorities and communication plans, utilizing complex judgement and decision-making skills Strong working knowledge of MS suite Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or related field Five (5) years of project management experience for a marketing agency, nonprofit or in-house corporate marketing team, with responsibility for managing projects from inception to completion, including collaborating with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment Two (2) years of exposure to project management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall One (1) year of supervisory experience Completed coursework relative to PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent Or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved Preferred Education and Experience: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience working with Wrike and Ziflow Experience handling project management for marketing to support fundraising campaigns Benefits: Hybrid work schedule.
