Case Coordinator shall enhance the quality of life and residential services for Adult Individuals with a Developmental Disability. The Case Coordinator shall have the ability to work as a team as well as work well independently.

The Case Coordinator shall:

• Have experience and knowledge of case management principles and practices.
• Have experience working with individuals with a developmental disability
• Have the ability to organize and manage multiple work assignments and establish priorities
• Be detail oriented
• Have professional oral and written communication skills
• Have excellent people skills
• Have time management skills
• Have conflict management skills
• Excellent documentation skills

Qualifications:

• Equivalent of a college degree in social work, psychology, human services, special education or related field
• 3 years experience working with individuals with a developmental disability
• Successfully complete a criminal background check
• Valid California Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
• Relevant combination of education and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.50 per hour
