What you will do…
- Supervises personnel performing unskilled & semi-skilled labor & maintenance of indoor/outdoor facilities, grounds &/or equipment to include groundskeeping, landscaping, building maintenance, maintenance of electrical systems, heating/cooling systems, water distribution system, equipment maintenance, pond debris removal, vehicle maintenance, construction & repair, trash & litter removal at Jesse Owens State Park.
- Coaches & develops staff and develops & implements safety training programs for maintenance & grounds employees.
- Plans work schedules, recommends & coordinates work projects and instructs crews on maintenance projects
- Reads & interprets manuals, blueprints, schematics, analyzes technical problems & provides solutions.
- Works outside is some of the most beautiful parks in Ohio.
- Supervises staff operating and maintaining the historic Muskingum River Navigation Lock System.
- Starting hourly pay of $24.53/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service, with an end salary of $33.40/hr
