JOB SUMMARY:

Maintaining company contacts with our current customer base, expanding Complete Hydraulic Component Service’s traditional market into the Dayton Ohio and surrounding areas. Implementing sales programs to expand into new markets. Work with operations and support teams to provide pricing structure when needed. Represent company at trade shows. Informing service of new product opportunities and up and coming product needs. Assist with picking up service jobs and the collection of cores. Keep service informed of incoming jobs for scheduling. Follow up on customer concerns and warranties. Complete daily call reports. Complete new customer information sheets. Work to reach projected sales and profit goals. Work at keeping on regular schedules with customers for consistency in sales and service. Support company policies regarding warranty, restocking, pricing, and core.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to stand for up to two hours. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to see for purposes of reading printed material and driving. Ability to hear and understand speech at normal levels. Ability to speak so that others will be able to clearly understand a normal conversation both in person and over the phone. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
