The Department of Speech & Hearing Science is looking for a Patient Revenue Cycle Coordinator to assist in the Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. This position will be part-time, 20 hours per week from 10-2pm, M-F. The assistant will be responsible for scheduling and checking in patients, answering phones, maintaining patient waitlists, processing patient referrals, assisting with electronic medical records system to-do items, processing deposits, monitoring student clinicians’ vaccine /immunity program requirements and other various clerical and customer service duties as needed.
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma
Required Qualifications: 1 year of relevant experience in customer service required.
Desired Qualifications: 1-2 years of medical office experience. Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
Additional InformationThe pay range for this job profile is $15.29 - $20.41. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
