Key Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:
- Keep parking lot clear of trash and debris
- Take care of trash inside and outside of buildings
- Keep picture-staging area clean
- Make sure North yard is kept clean
- Light maintenance
- General housekeeping inside buildings
- Empty trash in offices and common areas
- Clean restrooms and restock paper products, soap, etc.
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Dust offices and common areas, including blinds
- Wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, door handles, etc.
- Clean glass doors, windows, etc.
- Keep kitchen areas clean and orderly
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Performs other job-related duties assigned
- Mechanically inclined
- Basic Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical
- Able to multitask
- Not afraid of heights
- Forklift and scissor lift experience
- OSHA training
- High School degree or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Critical thinker
- Independent self-starter with time management skills
- Must be comfortable in a shop environment
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds Constant hand, fingers, and arm use
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Ability to continuously stand or walk Ability to manipulate small hand tools Ability to bend, squat, and lift frequently
- Must be able to push and pull objects weighing 50 pounds
