The Legal Review Attorney unit is seeking additional attorney support to manage an influx of eligibility appeals. The role involves ensuring that federal timeline requirements are met with high quality legal reviews.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for eligibility appeals
- Ensure compliance with federal timeline requirements
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines
- Interpret and apply public policy in legal reviews
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Juris Doctor from an accredited college or university
- Active License to practice law in Tennessee
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain cohesive working relationships
- Experience with eligibility appeals procedures (preferred)
- Previous legal review experience (preferred)
