Position Info

- Clearance: Public Trust
- Provide overall strategic management and define program scope and objectives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Develop project management plans, documentation, work breakdown structures, schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
- Direct technical teams and facilitate the integration of subtasks to optimize resource and subcontractor use.
- Serve as the focal point to the Government Project Manager for managing all tasks and subtasks.
- Act as Principal Representative for project direction and provide project status updates, including financial status.
- Provide information on significant issues and recommended solutions to the Government Project Manager or COR.
- Take corrective action on issues brought by the Government Project Manager or COR.
- Minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience, with 5-7 years in a project management role.
- 5-7 years of experience managing projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related disciplines (Master's preferred).
- Relevant certifications (one or more required):
- GSLC: GIAC Security Leadership Certification
- GCPM: GIAC Certified Project Manager Certification
- PMP: Project Management Professional
