Champion Safety: Uphold and promote a culture of safety through exemplary housekeeping practices and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Lead with Respect: Treat all employees with courtesy and dignity, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Drive Efficiency: Plan, coordinate, and optimize shift operations to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production output.
Develop & Maintain: Establish and execute an effective machinery maintenance program, including preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
Ensure Quality: Oversee the quality of repairs, scheduling, and troubleshooting of equipment issues. Collaborate with production control and manufacturing teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
Empower Your Team: Effectively manage and mentor maintenance personnel, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering professional development.
Problem-Solve: Analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and production delays to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

What We Need from You:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
