About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Manager to join a great team in Syracuse, NY. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring we meet production goals efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and implement strategies to continuously improve our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and control
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product consistency
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies
• Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing personnel
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Identify and resolve production issues proactively

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Production Planning and Control, Manufacturing Operations, and Production Management
• Strong understanding of operations management principles
• Demonstrated experience implementing quality control standards and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
