Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Champion: Develop and enforce robust quality management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Customer Satisfaction Advocate: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, striving to exceed expectations.
- Inspection Strategist: Oversee meticulous inspections throughout the production cycle, guaranteeing adherence to SOPs and technical integrity.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish and refine quality standards.
- Compliance Expert: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including Certificates of Conformance and customer testing requirements.
- Problem Solver: Identify and address non-conforming products and processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Proven Track Record: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, plus 5-7 years of hands-on Quality Control experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Leadership Acumen: 5 years of supervisory experience in Quality Control, inspiring and guiding your team to achieve excellence.
- ISO 9001:2015 Guru: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 compliance, implementation, and auditing techniques.
- Lean Manufacturing Enthusiast: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Technical Prowess: Solid understanding of basic, intermediate, and advanced laboratory techniques.
- Lean Manufacturing certification or equivalent training.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC).
