Colson Group USA is seeking a Robotic Welder in the Jonesboro, AR manufacturing location for 1st and 2nd shift. This is a safety sensitive position.
Preferred candidates will provide support to the welding department by hand welding various small quantity jobs with special options.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• From the production schedule, locates the correct components to be welded and sets them up on robotic weld
• Welds components
• Performs all required quality checks
• Monitors inventory levels to prevent stock outs
• Does all patch work on welded components
• Provides support to operators running the automatic and robotic machines
• Completes all required paperwork
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area
• Ability to read blue prints
• This is a safety Sensitive role

1st shift is 5a-330p
2nd shift is 330p-2a
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
