In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Lead EHS, Medical/Workers Compensation, and Security Contractors.
- Maintain compliance for all federal, state, local, and company regulations
- Review and implement revisions of ESH processes, guidelines, programs and policies, including training train plant personnel.
- Develop safety initiatives, compliance programs, and training programs for OSHA-required programs and general safety awareness.
- Conduct industrial hygiene exposure assessments, manage air, waste, water compliance, and lead root cause solution sessions for hazards and safety incidents.
- Actively participate in safety, environmental, and security teams, conducting monthly health and safety inspections and internal audits.
- Implement Emerson Operation Excellence Safety Audits and Environmental Compliance Audits, maintaining and improving current ratings.
For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 related experience in health & safety.
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- ASP or CSP certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including, root cause analysis such as, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Analysis, Change Analysis, 5 Y's, etc.
