Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to QCS equipment for our customers
- Provide technical support and expertise for our QCS solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Quality Control Systems (QCS) equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) are desired
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
