You will report directly to our Sr. Plant Director and you will work out of our Olathe, Kansas location.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Strong knowledge of operations management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in a related, highly-regulated industry (Aerospace preferred)
- A passion and experience promoting continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
