Position Description:
o Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
o Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
o Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
o Manages and dispatches schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
o Answer emergency and non-emergency phone lines for client requests such as deliveries and pick-ups, service calls and repairs, emergencies, etc.
o Utilize computer systems to ensure the effective receipt, accurate documentation and dispatch of all calls for all service types
o Resolves customer issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
o Maintain high level of communication with clients regarding service status.
o Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
o Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
o Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
o Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, dispatched workloads, weekend calls logged with associated follow-up items and tasks, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
o Maintain high level of communication with supervisors and corporate office.
Position Details:
o Working Days: Thursday to Monday, “Weekend” Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
o Fully remote work on Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
o Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
o Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
o Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
o Proven ability to implement process improvements
o Leadership skills and ability manage staff
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
o Problem solving ability to develop creative solutions
o Product and inventory management certification a plus
o Salesforce experience a plus
o Bilingual, English and Spanish a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
