**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, team development, and driving sales to achieve store targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train, develop, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Experience in training development and team management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and sales reporting
- Previous experience supervising a team and demonstrating leadership qualities
- Negotiation skills for vendor interactions
