To support work / life satisfaction, our nurses share scheduling and work every other weekend and every other holiday.With a low patient / nurse ratio, you’ll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment, including : Administer medicationsAssist with obtaining and processing ordersCheck vital signsCoordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement the resident plan of careProvide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved onesProvide positive leadership, guidance, and support to your teamAssist with resident care needsProvide appropriate documentationWork well within a team environmentFlexible scheduling options with varying work assignmentsOur CNAs have great skills, including a valid CNA license and this role requires an active North Carolina Adult Medication Aide Certification as well as a valid CPR certification.
