Compliance Analyst
Location:- San Jose, CA (Hybrid Schedule)
Duration:- 6 Months
Pay rate:- $35 - $45/hr W2.
Responsibilities of Compliance Analyst
- Analyze new business initiatives and products to identify potential privacy risks.
- Develop, amend (as needed) and implement policies, procedures, manuals, systems, and training, where appropriate, due to changes in regulation, industry practice, or otherwise.
- Collaborates with Cyber Security to ensure alignment between security and privacy compliance programs including policies, practices and investigations.
- Conducts related ongoing compliance monitoring activities.
- Track compliance and privacy initiatives to completion.
- Coordinating and conducting data privacy audits.
- Assisting with data mapping and vendor management reviews.
Requirements for Compliance Analyst
- 2-3 years experience in a related field.
- Must have GDPR/CCPA/CPRA knowledge.
