Frank Beverage Group is now hiring a Delivery Driver Supervisor. This position is responsible for directly supervising staff and managing the proper provisioning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to fulfill the delivery of product to the Company's customers in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate driver performances as well as resolve any issues amongst drivers
• Provide safety training to new and existing staff as well as enforce safety rules and regulations
• Insure employees have and maintain all necessary licenses and permits
• Ride with new hires, train drivers on procedures, vehicles, routes, etc.
• Assist in hiring process of delivery personnel and participate in interviews and provide input to management
• Ensure that adequate staffing is available for every day delivery functions as well as manage and maintain vacation scheduling for drivers
• Run relief routes when necessary due to sickness, vacation or other for other reasons
• Work with management to schedule holiday delivery schedules
• Plan and assist in recruiting for summer help to offset driver vacations
• Assist management in resolving driver deficiencies and complaints
• Obtaining feedback from drivers to improve the delivery process
• Ride with drivers to observe their performance and to insure compliance with procedures
• Perform special assignments as requested by management

EducationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Class A CDL license and up to date Federal Medical Card is required
• One to two years of supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Forklift experience is preferred
• One or two years of related industry experience is preferred

Skills And Abilities

• Organized and detailed with great follow up skills
• Must be able to work independently and also in the context of team environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 160 pounds on an occasional basis
• Use arms, wrists, hands, grasp, reach
