Administrative Programs Manager II - IECMH
About the Position: The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is currently seeking a Program Manager in the Oklahoma City, OK area. In an effort to improve community and systematic responsiveness to the needs of infants and toddlers, the Program Manager will be responsible for creating a network of shared learning and cross-systems collaboration. The individual chosen for this position will support the integration of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health practices across systems and promote the unique wellness and relational needs of babies, young children, and families. Additionally, the position will oversee the state-level implementation of the Safe Babies Approach in Oklahoma. This individual will support cross-systems alignment and provide technical assistance throughout Oklahoma. The individual will serve as a liaison between state, federal, and national partners associated with the Safe Babies Approach to meet grant reporting and funding requirements.Job Type/Salary:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, public health, or any related degree and (3) years of professional or administrative experience in children’s mental health or related field, including one year in a supervisory or management position OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of infant, children, youth, and adult mental health and substance use services; excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to train and consult with a wide range of stakeholders; experience directing grant initiatives.
  • Preference given to applicants with experience in serving families with young children, prenatal - three
NOTE: No substitution for bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
