Position Summary
Oklahoma Educators Credit Union is seeking an outgoing detail-oriented individual for a full-time lending support specialist position. Good communication skills, proficient Microsoft Excel/Word, finance, and/or accounting experience is a plus. OECU offers on the job training, great benefits, a fun atmosphere and the opportunity for advancement for the right candidate. Normal hours for this position are M-F 8-5. Approved overtime may be required.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform review of disbursed loans
- Scans reviewed loans into digital loan vault platform
- Track exceptions
- Perform quality assurance on banking and lending forms
- Gather online loan applications to disburse to the appropriate loan officer
- Call members regarding promotional items
- Mail documents to members
- Review, approve, track, and process skip-a-pays
- Provide loan pay offs to dealers, insurance companies, and/or members
- Complete and distribute lien releases on paid off collateral loans
- Cooperate with other personnel regarding lending matters to ensure a "team effort" and prompt member service
- Collect insurance coverage and submit to credit union insurance company
- Add force placed insurance to collateral loans as needed
- File gap claims on total loss vehicles
- Cancel Gap and extended warranty products on repossessed vehicles
- Prepare for quarterly audits
- Organize file folders
- Consistent attendance for hours scheduled to work.
- May perform other duties as assigned and directed by Management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
