This position is located in our phone center at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N. Lincoln Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK 73105.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Process mortgage loan payments, handle payment exceptions, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Managing escrow accounts and handling tax and insurance payments.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date loan records.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide loan information.
• Update loan records and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with internal teams, such as collections, and secondary marketing.
• Review and verify the accuracy of mortgage loan documents and information after the loan closing process.
• Monitor and process hazard losses and ensure property is repaired in accordance with credit union, investor and regulatory guidelines 
• Prepare and file release documents for loans paid in full with the appropriate county office or land records office.
• Provide outstanding service and contribute to overall team effort.
• Fully understand and actively assist members in using credit union products and services.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• One year of experience in a similar position
• Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.
