OSH is looking for a full-time Patient Care Tech to work in Surgery Monday - Friday with Thursday's off, 6:30a - 5p. No weekends, holidays, or call required! **Please note that this position will clean up operating rooms after surgeries that may have blood, bone, and other matter in it. This also requires holding dead weight, ie holding a sleeping patient's leg while the team preps it for surgery. This position also focuses on helping transfer patients, whether it's from one bed to another, or flipping them from their back to their stomach, etc.**

Job Mission: A Patient Care Technician holds a safety sensitive position, and performs the housekeeping, transportation, and courier duties for the surgical services area to support optimum patient outcomes.

Occupational Experience : Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required. BLS required upon hire.

Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent cognitive, technical, and interpersonal skills required to deliver safe and affective assistance in transporting patients and specimens. Maintain cleanliness of surgical area equipment.
